Responsibilities:- Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
- Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality
- Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
- Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
- Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
- Recruit new agents and Mortgage Loan Officers via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
- High attention to detail for processing of legal documentation for both Real Estate and Mortgage Lending
- Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
- Verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Must have a college degree
- Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Must be within 10-minute drive to 76015 for in office hours
- Bilingual skills highly regarded, but not required
