Salary : $19.49 - $28.62 Per Hour

SUMMARY
A team lead is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on the direction from the Health Tech Navigator's supervisor and team manager. Duties include providing key mentorship to health tech navigators, serve as subject matter expert on patient outreach and provide day-to-day agent support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- 70% of time will be spent on direct enrollments
Enrollment / Navigation goal will be adjusted accordingly
Team Lead duties and responsibilities
Weekly for new staff
3 months on-site employment)
Provide coaching and support to assigned navigators, especially those who are performing below individual goals.
Provide day-to-day Teams chat troubleshooting
Example : written patient guides, patient videos, training materials, job aids
General navigator duties and responsibilities
Share calendar with program supervisor and assistant manager.
