Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Supervise and manage teams across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee profit loss management to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining operational integrity.
- Lead project management initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational workflows.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align operational capabilities with market demands.
