As our Middle School Principal, you will:

• Champion a Culture of Excellence: Foster a positive and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued, challenged, and supported to reach their full potential.
• Drive Instructional Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of a rigorous and relevant curriculum that prepares students for success in high school and beyond.

• Empower Through Data: Utilize data-driven decision-making to monitor student progress, identify areas for growth, and implement targeted interventions to ensure academic achievement for all.

• Build a Collaborative Community: Cultivate strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.

• Develop Future Leaders: Mentor and guide a dedicated team of teachers, fostering their professional growth and empowering them to deliver exceptional instruction.

The ideal candidate for this position is a passionate and dedicated educator with a deep commitment to middle school education and a strong belief in the power of relationships to transform student learning. This individual will have a solid foundation in curriculum development, instructional best practices, and the ability to implement innovative, student-centered teaching strategies that foster engagement and achievement. Supported by the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, the principal will ensure district systems and frameworks are implemented at the building level.

We are looking for a data-informed educator who can effectively analyze student performance to guide instruction, support continuous improvement, and create a culture of academic excellence. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders—including staff, students, families, and the broader community—are essential.

We are looking for a candidate who holds a valid School Administrator Certificate. The ideal candidate must have successful classroom teaching experience and a demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire both students and colleagues. Above all, they will be an educator who fosters a positive and inclusive school culture while striving for excellence in student learning and development.
