We are immediately seeking an Assistant Manager to support our experienced team in daily operations and to recruit, hire, train, and retain our initial front-of-house staff.
Salary: Based on Experience

Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to maintain the highest standard of hospitality
- Handle team member scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing for all shifts
- Support recruiting, hiring, training and retaining the best team in Boise
- Assist with inventory management and assist with cost control by managing par levels effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational standards, implementing corrective measures as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential areas of improvement and maintenance needs
- Assist with financial tasks such as labor control and monitoring expenses to support profitability
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, preferably in a front-of-house role.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, such as Manager, Shift Supervisor or Team Leader
- Excellent organizational abilities and a proven capacity to handle multiple tasks in a busy setting
- Strong people skills, including approachability and hospitality orientation, essential for maintaining guest
- satisfaction and team cohesion.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid food handler license or certificate (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
