- Strong repair knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers, RPOS systems, servers, and storage units.
- Technical certifications (A , Lenovo or HP certifications) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to drive 50-200 miles per day.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Your tasks
We are seeking a dedicated and skilledField Service Technicianto join our team and perform warranty repair service calls. In this role, you'll drive to customer sites, diagnose issues, and replace defective components on a range of devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, retail point-of-sale (RPOS) systems, servers, and storage units. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented technician who enjoys troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service.
