Your skills
- Strong previous experience in user support and network activities
- Ability to build relationships
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in OS, Apps and H / W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Knowledge and experience with servers and network equipment as well as meeting room equipment
- Following certifications would be a plus : A Certification or similar, Microsoft certifications, Network certifications, OEM vendor certifications.
Your tasks
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at 3rd level to join our team. As an L3 Onsite Technician, you will mostly provide support for complex end user and infrastructure incidents and service requests as well as support your L2 colleagues with more advanced deskside activities. Scope includes the support in the following areas :
