Your skills
- Troubleshooting skills and works on Linux
- Data migration
- Ticketing system
- Experience in OS, Apps and H / W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Operations & Technical Support (including B / F, Printers etc.)
- Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware components
- Knowledge of ITIL and experience of working within an ITIL environment would be beneficial
- CompTIA A , MCP / MCSE are desirable certifications
Your tasks
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Onsite Technician at an L2 level to join our team. As an Onsite Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
