Responsibilities
- Experience in common metrics used in the IT industry.
- Experience in interfacing with C-Level management.
- Degree in MBA or equivalent field.
- Need to travel (25% of the time).
- Plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic).
- Optimize performance and delivery of project milestones.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Have the overall accountability for ensuring project KPIs and financial requirements are met.
- Analyze KPI trends and implement corrective measures.
- Be the connection between customers and project team, technicians.
- Lead technical and non-technical teams, rectify reliability issues, monitor progress, track KPIs and manage budgets.
