As an Onsite Technician, you'll provide technical assistance to customers by directly visiting their sites or being permanently assigned to a specific customer at their site. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the delivery of services meets SLA and project requirements without over-delivering and logging work in appropriate systems.

- Extensive experience in IT, particularly in end-user support, password resets, and troubleshooting software and hardware.
- Imaging and reimaging expertise.
- Familiarity with Windows 365.
- Strong hardware support experience.
- Ideal familiarity with smart card technology.
- Active directory expertise.
- Ticketing system experience and SLA/service now familiarity.
- Familiarity with Apple products.
