We seek passionate, experienced individuals from the legal cannabis, smoke shop, tobacco, or beverage industry to join Allied Distribution Group dba Hemp Living and Crank Cannabis in a booming sector. You will generate leads, pitch to potential clients, and make sales. You will also be asked to assist in negotiating deals, performing product demonstrations, and interfacing with existing clients.
Qualified candidates will have a strong sales background. You should demonstrate your success in a similar role previously, with relevant sales numbers and outcomes. Candidates must also possess impeccable interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of the sales process, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service consistently.
Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Grow the Hemp Living and Crank Cannabis Market Share locally and nationally.
- Collaborate with the company President and Sales Manager to establish and achieve your weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Actively prospect and identify potential clients and retail partners in the Wisconsin market.
- Acquires new customers by contacting leads in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and Marketing Director to develop targeted marketing campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis to drive business growth.
- Must visit or call upon 10 new stores/accounts per day.
- Follow the company policy for Growth and Expansion purposes.
- Using our CRM software, you must record, document, and schedule daily stops and calls on the go to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Present and promote our Hemp Living and Crank Cannabis Co. product line to clients through engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
- Close deals and establish partnerships with retailers, chains, and distributors' customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Monitor market trends, document, and provide feedback to help refine our strategies.
Qualifications to Be Considered for this Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- 3 years of sales experience. Preferably outside sales. (required)
- 2 years of CBD, Tobacco, Smokeshop, Legal Cannabis Sales, or Beverage Sales Industry Experience (required)
- Additional certifications and other professional development experience.
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle (Required)
- Outstanding Customer service and people skills.
- Strong In-Person, Phone, email, and chat communication skills.
- Prospecting and canvassing skills.
- Territory management aptitude.
- Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal minimums.

Upon completion of the first full day of employment, there will be a 90-day probationary period before any raises, promotions, or bonuses can be granted. Following the probationary period, the employee will be officially hired; during this time, the employee can discuss any additional benefits with the company's President only, not with any other management level.
