What You'll Do:
- Supervise and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide direct patient care through exercise programs, mobility training, and manual therapy
- Document patient assessments, treatments, progress, and modifications in electronic health records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
- Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (can be obtained upon hire)
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects over 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
