Mesa View Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator to lead our team with a commitment to person-centered, resident-directed care. As the Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator, you will advocate for both residents and staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This leadership role requires strategic oversight, financial stewardship, and a deep commitment to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Operations :
- Provide leadership and oversight to all households, ensuring alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Mesa View Senior Living and Hemphill County Hospital District (HCHD).
- Serve as the Abuse Prevention Coordinator.
- Guide staff in maintaining regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop policies that support person-centered care while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Lead strategic planning, fiscal management, and personnel policies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
