This is a fast paced environment where everyone is working together to buy and sell tickets while providing top-notch customer service to sport enthusiasts.

• Assist customers via phone and email to buy and sell tickets. Then transfer tickets electronically to customer accounts using a ticket app.
• Enter information into Excel - high attention to detail is a must!
• Work across multiple platforms identifying specific tickets requested.
• Problem solve when issues arise to make sure customers get to the game on time and in the correct seat.
