HR Leader
Hemphill Search Group is partnering with a well-established financial institution to assist in the selection of a strategic HR Business Leader. In this position you will manage a small team of HR professionals and own responsibility for all disciplines within the HR function.
This client is looking for an energetic individual with a deep knowledge and understanding of HR who has the ability to parlay that knowledge and understanding into assisting business leaders in driving bottom line results.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individuals at all levels within the organization. This involves understanding their needs, challenges, and goals and providing HR support and solutions accordingly.
You will assist in identifying HR-related opportunities and challenges that impact the company's success. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the HR function and ensuring that HR policies and practices evolve to meet changing needs.
