Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the barns, ensuring efficient and safe working practices.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on employee performance, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
- Monitor and maintain barn lighting, ventilation, and nest scheduling systems.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, including USDA regulations, SQF, Safety Programs, Biosecurity Policies, and HACCAP.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior poultry experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods, and walk on different surfaces
