What are the responsibilities and job description for the Injection Molding Supervisor position at HEN, LLC?
Plan and oversee molding operation on assigned shift to maximize quality output and efficiency
Responsible for planning and directing molding, staking, and assembly operation for the assigned shift following prescribed objectives and quality standards, set-up and break down production orders, and train associate’s in work methods, procedures, quality standards, and safety.
Support lean project implementations on shift.
Required Education & Experience:
Experience in molding machine set-up and operation.
3-5 years’ experience in related field with experience in providing shift employees lead and direction on shift work.
Must have the knowledge of OSHA and other federal and state regulations.
Lean manufacturing experience is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry between 10-50 lbs. consistently with a minimum of five to six times in an hour, and weights up to 300 lbs. using hand trucks.
Ability to stand on feet for long periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
