- Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one meetings and provide guidance, Execute group presentations, Work with internal HB Retirement team, Continue education

You can expect your typical day as a Financial Advisor to include the following:
- Client Service & Participant Engagement: Conduct individual one-on-one meetings, Analyze and complete financial planning for participants, Provide guidance and future planning for participants, Disseminate information from the investment committee to participants.
- Educational and Group Presentations: Perform group/online educational presentations, Attend retirement plan committee meetings
- Internal Collaboration: Attend internal investment committee meetings, Work within a team environment
- Continuing education: Expand and maintain industry knowledge by attending meetings, education sessions, research, and formal continuing education programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field required
- 3-5 years minimum in financial services
- Series 7/ Series 66/Life Accident & Health-preferred
- Experience with corporate retirement plans
- Demonstrated ability to sell products/solutions
- Mastery level knowledge of financial products
- Proficient skills in office technology such as Microsoft Office
- Exceptional public speaking skills and willingness to conduct group presentations
