Duties / Responsibilities

Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the office to ensure smooth progress.
Build a work environment that supports a positive culture and effective working relationships among staff, providers, and patients.
Manage patient scheduling for the practice.
Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors.
Answer and return incoming calls from patients.
Lead and assist team of dental assistants.

Requirements

Proven experience working in a leadership position within a dental practice.

Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR and payroll tools, and dental practice management software.

Exemplary communication skills with internal personnel and patients.

Proven experience in handling interpersonal conflict with a demonstrated skillset in conducting tough conversations with staff and patients.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
