We are seeking a Corporate Marketing Director to join our team in Lenexa, KS!

A member of the corporate marketing leadership team, the corporate marketing director oversees creative services, brand management, and corporate level marketing campaigns. These responsibilities include creative design and production management, reputation management, crisis communications, developing strategies for effective communication and graphics, managing the production of promotional videos, and more. Ultimately serving as the firm's overall brand manager, the Corporate Marketing Director leads the creative services and communications teams to expand Henderson's influence and perception in the market.Minimum Qualifications for the Role are :

• Minimum of 10 years of professional communications experience, preferably in leadership roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies and plans, including video production, social media, digital marketing, and analytics.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages tailored to diverse audiences and situations.
• Proven sales and presentation skills, including experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, demonstrating professionalism and influence.
