Our client is aggressively looking to hire a Branch Manager for our Princeton office. This position will require a well-organized, determined and focused professional who is highly money-motivated and is driven by excellence! As a Manager, you will manage two distinct pieces of the Staffing business – the direct hire and consulting practice areas. Your goal will be to develop long term relationships with clients and talented professionals and be responsible for helping to put the right people with the right career opportunities. In addition to your responsibilities as recruiter your other duties will include:
- Managing an office of four Recruiters and Consulting Managers
- Performing training sessions
- Working with Senior Management to conduct employee performance reviews
- Working with Senior Management to hire and develop new employees
- Act as a mentor to new employees
