Henderson Health Care Services (HHCS) is seeking a Nutrition Services Aide to join their team. This role involves portioning food, serving meals to residents, and assisting with maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Portion food onto residents' plates and serve with a positive attitude.
- Clear dirty dishes and sanitize dining room tables.
- Ensure proper hand hygiene and maintain personal cleanliness.
- Set up and serve meals according to dietary plans.
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, including washing floors, cleaning refrigerators, and sanitizing equipment.
- Replenish supplies and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Learn and adhere to therapeutic diet plans for residents.
- Attend dietary meetings to ensure continuity and efficiency of services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Experience in a dietary setting is preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
Must be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
A positive attitude and willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
