Senior Management Information System Officer / Management Information System Officer

Responsibilities :

In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.

Gather and translate user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to IT development team.
Co-ordinate with different project stakeholders to define and execute user test scenarios and cases.
Participate in the quality assurance (QA) of IT projects and assist in conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Conduct data discovery, analysis and modeling.
Act as tier 1 end user support on the in-house IT systems and services.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the role of business analyst in project management team.

Solid experience on conducting UAT, system demonstration and user training; collecting user requirements and preparing system functional specification document.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of Power BI Platform or other data analytics tools is preferred.

Domain knowledge of Real Estate / Asset Management is an advantage.

Independent, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
