DURATION: Approximately November 1, 2024 through March 1, 2025. 20-24 Hour per week.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: As a Part-Time Seasonal Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing orders and handling customer inquiries. Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.
- Enter orders for Parts Sales Team into ERP
- Make sure order information is correct – Accuracy > Speed
- Take customer calls during peak times to collect information to pass on to Sales Team
- Reviews and resolves escalated credit card processing issues
- Reviews completeness customer data and documentation requirements
- Flexible in adjusting schedule if needed to address business needs
