Join Henderson Products Inc., located in Watertown, NY! We are the North American leader in the design, manufacture and up fit of multi-purpose equipment for heavy-duty work trucks specializing in snow and ice control and Keeping Americas Roads Safe!
Day Shift Hours! 6:00am to 4:30pm and Friday: 6:00am to 3:30pm (49 hours)
We have openings for people in our Heavy work bays with experience in Mig Welding. You will be responsible for Heavy bay activity so along with welding, there will be some fabrication, and some assembly work in the installation of equipment on heavy duty work truck builds. Diagnostic and repair work may be included in these responsibilities. Qualifications include the ability to read schematics, diagrams, blueprints, perform shop math, and have experience in welding.
In addition, in this hybrid role, this individual must be able to drive short and long distances, up to a day or more. May require occasional overnights due to long distances. Must have Class A CDL with medical card for interstate transit, good driving record, and a keen attention to detail and safety.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
- Bending, lifting, and standing
- Exposure to noise and weld and grinding smoke at times
