About the Role
As an Industrial Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating our painting equipment, mixing and applying paint to component parts and finished units. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are essential in ensuring the quality of our products. We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate painting equipment, including cup guns and air-assisted airless guns
• Mix and apply paint to component parts and finished units
• Maintain and repair painting equipment as needed
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient production processes
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills and familiarity with blueprints
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
