My client is a PR/Communications firm located in lower Manhattan. They are hiring for a Senior IT Support Specialist to fill out their team of 4.
You must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, local to New York City, and able to come on-site on a hybrid basis.
The only mandatory requirement is that you have experience with Google Workspace. Culture is incredibly important. You're on a small team and need to be able to work with various levels of employees.
This individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our cloud-based IT environment, supporting end users, and ensuring smooth operation of all systems with a strong emphasis on Google tools and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, etc.) for the organization
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for escalated IT issues
- Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control across all core IT systems
- Implement and maintain device management policies (MDM, endpoint security, etc.)
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
