Responsibilities
- Working on fund formation engagements, including drafting and negotiations of limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements and side letter agreements
- Legal review and completion of private placement memoranda
- Drafting general partner and management company arrangements
- Regulatory compliance matters for private equity and venture capital firms and all other documents and processes relevant to fund formation transactions and private equity and venture capital firm clients.
