What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of FP&A (PE-backed Healthcare Company) position at Henderson Scott US?
-Lead entire FP&A function including monthly/quarterly forecasting
-Supervise, train, coach, and develop members of FP&A team
-Develope 3 and 5-year projection model
-Collaborate with cross-functional leaders
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
-10 years of progressive finance experience (7 in FP&A)
-MBA/CPA preferred but not necessary
-Private Equity-experience required
-Healthcare background highly preferred
-Prior people management experience mandatory
