Position Overview

Seeking a motivated and experienced Superintendent. This role is essential to the successful execution of high-end residential construction projects. The Superintendent will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient scheduling, and resolution of any on-site issues.
• Lead and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to maintain project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor work to ensure compliance with design plans, building codes, safety standards, and quality specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety policies across the site.
• Prepare and present daily and weekly progress reports to project management and other key stakeholders.
• Manage on-site personnel, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across all trades.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve any construction-related issues or delays to keep the project on track.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control to ensure high standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project budgets and timelines are adhered to by managing daily operations and addressing potential risks or concerns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Software: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.
• Certifications: OSHA 30 certification is required, 62 Hr SST is preffered.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address issues as they arise on-site.
