Your Responsibilities as a Real Estate Sales Agent :

Stay connected with clients through regular follow-ups to generate referrals and repeat business.

Build meaningful relationships with clients that lead to trust and long-term success.

Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals, then match them with the right properties.

Host open houses and property tours to showcase listings effectively.

Oversee transactions from listing through closing to ensure a seamless process for your clients.

Proactively generate new leads and opportunities for business growth.

Develop expert knowledge of your local market to provide insights on neighborhoods, property values, and trends.

Qualifications :

A proven track record as a producing agent with a minimum of $3 million in production.

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Self-motivated and driven to grow your business.

Tech-savvy with the ability to use modern tools effectively.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

A valid Real Estate License is required.

Pay :

48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Self-determined schedule

Weekend availability
