The Accounting Associate for HENDERSON FAMILY ENTERPRISES will provide support to Henderson Implement & Marine, the leading dealer of boats, tractors, and offroad vehicles in Lake Charles and Abbeville, and Henderson Wholesale, a multi-state distributor of Hunt Brothers Pizza. Note: This position has the option to work a portion of the week in Lake Charles.
Responsibilities
Process Accounts Payable Invoices
Process Daily Bank Transactions
Process Daily Inventory Transfers and Sales Batches
Reconciling assigned Balance Sheet & Income Statement Accounts
Cross-train with other Associates to assist when someone is out of the office
Educational And Experience Requirements
Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
Able to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite
Strong work ethic
