Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care
Hendersonville Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Critical Care Team. As a Nurse Practitioner in Critical Care, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care to critically ill patients.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with our team to:
- Conduct thorough assessments of critically ill patients
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Prescribe medications and treatments as needed
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current NP license in state of practice
- Experience working in a critical care setting, preferably in a similar unit type
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NIH Stroke certification
