Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Be the first point of contact for members and patients, managing check-ins, appointment scheduling, and overall patient flow in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering/making phone calls, addressing inquiries, and offering information about our services and promotions.
- Sales Support: Actively promote and sell memberships and visit packages, helping to meet and exceed sales goals while participating in marketing initiatives.
- Administrative Tasks: Process transactions accurately, maintain patient records, and ensure a clean and organized clinic environment.
- Patient Engagement: Educate patients on our wellness services, share personal chiropractic experiences, and re-engage inactive members to enhance their health journey.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve common goals, maintain positive relationships, and effectively communicate with management about patient needs and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a sales or customer service role; experience in office management or marketing is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, with proficiency in handling phones, computers, POS systems, and CRM software.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to ensure punctuality and reliability (public transportation or drop-off arrangements are not suitable for this role).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift 50 pounds.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends the clinics operate 7 days a week from 9 AM to 7 PM. (We operate on a "set" schedule most of the time with some exceptions)
- Bilingual: Fluency in English [and Spanish is preferred but not required].
Compensation:
- Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour [ commission]
- Hours: 20– 36 per week

MUST be willing to commute to all clinic locations as needed - Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Hermitage, Smyrna, and Spring Hill. The ultimate goal is to keep team members close to their home base however needs arise where team members will need to work at various locations
