What are the responsibilities and job description for the 340B Program Pharmacy Technician Analyst position at Hendrick Health?
JOB SUMMARY
To provide support of the ongoing daily operations and improvement to the 340B Program, including : Policy and Procedure Development, Education, Self-Audits, Program Enhancement / Optimization, Reporting, Purchasing / Inventory, Split-Billing Duties, Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Maintenance, and other responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum Work Experience Hospital pharmacy, medical billing, and / or compliance / auditing experience
Required Licenses / Certifications Active license as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Texas preferred
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel Ability to balance multiple projects and competing demands on available time Self motivated to perform independently; comfortable working as a member of small and large teams Ability to handle confidential information Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times
