JOB SUMMARY |
- The Construction Technician III performs a wide range of skilled construction tasks including, but not limited to: planning and coordinating renovation projects from drawn plans; heavy construction activities; demolition of existing construction; laying out and constructing walls; installing doors, flooring, ceilings, and cabinetry. Also estimates time and materials in order to fabricate and install solid surface materials as required.

- Driver's License, clear driving record

- Hand and power tools
