JOB SUMMARY |
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner will practice independently and in collaboration with Palliative Care physicians and IDT members. While providing quality patient care, will establish and maintain appropriate patient/provider relationships with a wide variety of inpatient and community residents.

- Accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Current Texas Driver’s License
- CPR
- Specialty Certification Obtainment in first 3-years of employment
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position
- Understand the physical, psychosocial and spiritual concerns/problems of terminally ill patients and families
- Accountable to Medical Director for clinical oversight and professional services
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Effectively directs personnel as appropriate
- Strong computer skills
