Minimum Education
Master's Degree in Nursing, unless waived by VP of Nursing
Minimum Work Experience
5 years
Required Licenses/Certifications
Registered Nurse
Certification as Nurse Executive Advanced within 2 years of hire as director
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Deals effectively with community/consumers
Demonstrated advocate of quality and cost effective care
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times .
