JOB SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of a licensed professional, provides personal care and completely performs/assists with rehabilitative treatment to patients in the inpatient rehab setting.
Personal Care duties include, but are not limiited to: toileting, toileting hygiene, bathing, bowel and bladder care, patient repositioning, rounding, bad making, transfers and general safety oversight.
Therapy driven duties include: scheduling, time management, transfers, wound care set up and assist, mobility assistant and safety guard, general equipment and unit cleaning and organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
- High School or equivalent
Minimum Work Experience
- No experience required; however, CNA certification complimentary to job duties
Required Licenses/Certifications
- CPR Certification
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Input data into computer programs.
