Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced CNC Technician to play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of our CNC routers and panel saws. As a CNC Technician at Hendrick Manufacturing, you will work closely with our customers to ensure the optimal performance of our machinery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing and setting up CNC routers and panel saws at customer sites.
- Conducting routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment functionality.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Collaborating with customers to provide technical support and training.
- Performing repairs and replacements of faulty components.
- Keeping accurate records of service visits, maintenance activities, and repairs.
- Collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to provide valuable feedback for product improvement.
- Willingness to travel, mainly: US, Canada and Mexico with the occasional opportunity of overseas travel.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Technician or similar role in the machinery industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC routers and panel saws.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operating software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations and service calls.
- Basic computer skills for logging service reports and communication.
- US Passport
Education and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical degree or certification in CNC machining or related field preferred.
