JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Information Technology Director and in conjunction with user management, manages the tactical activities of the systems and application support group. Responsible for identifying opportunities, overseeing and coordinating new system installations, upgrades, enhancements, budgets, problem resolution and ongoing support for systems and applications assigned to the groups. Manages subordinates to assure the timely and accurate delivery of system and application support. Development of strategic applications, budgets and integration planning. Develops and manages against an application / project plan coordinating multiple project activities and resources as well as day-to-day work management of staff; and other related duties as required or directed. Maintains call-back and work schedules to ensure proper support of medical center activities. Establishes and maintains department standards, procedures and budgets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education
Associates Degree.
7 Years
Extensive knowledge of hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications.
