What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rehab Specialist I position at Hendrick Medical Center?
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of a licensed professional, provides personal care and completely performs / assists with rehabilitative treatment to patients in the inpatient rehab setting.
Personal care duties include, but are not limited to : toileting, toileting hygiene, bathing, bowel and bladder care, patient repositioning, rounding, bed making, transfers and general safety oversight.
Therapy driven duties include : scheduling, time management, transfers, wound care set up and assist, mobility assistant and safety guard, general equipment and unit cleaning and organization.
