Plans, organizes, and implements social work services for patients and families to address difficulties which could interfere with obtaining maximum benefits from medical care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited school of Social Work

Minimum Work Experience

  • One (1) year minimum experience as an MSW in a healthcare setting

    • Required Licenses / Certifications

  • Licensed Social Worker in State of Texas
  • Current driver's license

    • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of community resources
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
