Cylinder Head Specialist
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Intake Manifold Development
- Cylinder Head Development
- Operation of Newen Epoc & Serdi STronic Valve Seat Machines
- General Machining Skills
- Cylinder Head Assembly
- Flow Bench TestingOther duties assigned as needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

- Repairing - Repairing items using needed tools and equipment.

- Technical Aptitude - Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: Six to eight years related experience
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required. Prefer experience with the following programs: Excel, Adapt, Atlas, Team Center, and Motorsports Manager.
Other Requirements: Basic math, verbal, writing and reasoning skills required. Must be able to work a flexible work schedule as needed. Must be a team player and effectively utilize strong communication skills with others in the department and organization. Extensive mechanical and technical aptitude desired. Technical training in automotive manufacturing a plus.
