What You’ll Do:
- Perform meticulous manual measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators
- Operate and collect data with Romer arms, with emphasis on Hexagon Romer hardware and software (e.g., Power Inspect)
- Execute inspection plans designed by our Quality Control Engineer, including First Article and In-Process Inspections
- Accurately document inspection results, track part compliance, and assist in maintaining quality traceability
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with inspection equipment or process anomalies, working toward root-cause—not just quick fixes
- Contribute feedback to improve inspection workflows, measurement repeatability, and equipment calibration

What You Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent: Required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree: Preferred
- Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or precision measurement (motorsports or manufacturing preferred)
- Proficiency with Romer arms required; Hexagon software experience is a strong plus
- Solid computer skills are essential, with some exposure to programming (VBA, Python, etc.) considered a plus
- Knowledge of GD&T, part tolerancing, and blueprint interpretation
- A hands-on mindset with mechanical aptitude and an eagerness to learn
