Hendrick Motorsports is currently seeking a Shock Technician to join our team. The Shock Technician will play a key role in ensuring the performance, maintenance, and optimization of all shock and related components used in the team's race cars. This individual will work closely with race teams to set up and tune shocks to the desired specifications with a high attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Regularly inspect, maintain, and repair shocks to ensure they are in top working condition. Perform routine tear-downs, rebuilds, and replacements as needed.
- Uses a shock dynamometer to test shocks to verify they match desired specifications.
- Maintains spring inventory including weekly inspection and rating.
- Utilizes database to record measurements and track component mileage for reference.
- Assists in the management of parts inventory relating to shocks and related components.
- Ability to operate and interpret shock dyno graphs.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
