As a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Educator, you will be crucial in our commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services. - Implement and oversee infection control measures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment within the hospital.
- Develop and update infection control policies in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and promote adherence to best infection control practices in patient care; fostering a culture of awareness and accountability.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with infection control policies and procedures across the hospital.
- Conduct investigations in infectious disease outbreaks and formulate effective response strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement timely and appropriate interventions during outbreaks.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education & Licensure: A graduate of an accredited school of nursing; valid Indiana State license to practice as a Registered Nurse and demonstrates an understanding of the hospital's epidemiology and infectious disease principles. MSN preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience as a Registered Nurse and experience with infection control preferred. Nursing leadership in training and formulating curriculum preferred.
- Additional Skill Requirements: A thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and all other state and federal regulatory standards.

Compensation:
