BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOB
As the Staff Accountant, you are responsible for effectively performing month-end balance sheet reconciliations and monthly bank reconciliations. This position assists in compiling of monthly and annual financial packages as well as year-end audit requests. Your ability to own your work and drive success will make a direct impact on the communities we serve.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
- Perform month-end reconciliations of income statement accounts.
- Update assigned monthly cash flows.
- Assist in compiling of financial packages.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Run monthly depreciation.
- Prepare and maintain cost to budget schedules.
- Track admin expenses by month.
- Prepare credit applications.
- Perform capital lease testing for Real Estate.
- Assist in year-end audit requests.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience and/or Training
- Considerable knowledge of real estate and generally accepted accounting principles.
Technology/Equipment
- MRI experience preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- U.S. Work Authorization (required).
