IT System Administrator - Applications

Position Purpose :

The Applications System Administrator will be the technical point person for enterprise business systems and applications as well as assisting with system maintenance and support.

Essential Functions :

• Provides support for application interfaces and middleware, document transformations, and QAD browses.
• Monitor QAD batch jobs and processes for any application errors.
• Configure and maintain the use of QAD compatible printers and scanners.
• Administer QAD user and / or group access; train new users on applicable access levels.
• Support internal and external application audits by providing necessary information.
• Coordinate with various locations to schedule outages.
• Coordinate various system upgrades / updates, biannual QAD backup verifications & access reviews, and annual QAD disaster recovery tests.
• Maintain all corresponding application documentation and system logs.
• Perform maintenance on systems following company and industry standards.
• Anticipate access and connectivity problems and implement preventive measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $70,450.00 - $105,670.00 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related criteria. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
