Position Purpose :
The Aftermarket Marketing Analyst supports the aftermarket parts segment by conducting market research, analyzing data, and evaluating marketing campaigns while providing insight and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and support business growth.
Essential Functions :
- Coordinates key management meetings and visits by customers or other visitors to support strategic business needs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications department to develop marketing materials.
- Manages and archives marketing literature and sales support materials, including updates, approval processes, purchase orders, website verification, and product model files to maintain traceability for future needs.
- Function as a liaison to product development teams to implement changes to promotional materials and assist with product launch strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze data on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors to support strategic marketing and sales plans.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success while enabling continuous improvement.
- Support the price changes, and quotation process, across the aftermarket customer base while ensuring timely submission.
- Maintain documentation and tracking for all quotations submitted.
- Contribute to the company's item master update process with new parts quoted, new part creation, and current part updates to ensure accuracy and facilitate customer processing.
- Administer customer portal credentials for customer accounts and maintain the database for communications, market intelligence, and competitor information.
- Gather, maintain, and analyze market data by segment and product category to allow for the identification of growth areas, marketing ideas, and customer business reviews.
- Provide input to the annual Aftermarket marketing plan and develop detailed marketing plans for products and customer programs.
- Maintain a detailed calendar for promotional activity in accordance with marketing plans.
- Communicate marketing strategies, programs, and plans to support sales objectives.
- Produce and facilitate sales support materials, advertising, and promotion plans to support sales campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with sales group and divisional personnel to understand market dynamics, support sales initiatives, and retrieve data to complete assigned tasks.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management, peers, and sales personnel.
- Conducts biannual customer surveys, analyzes results, and prepares recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Establishes state and / or federal Department of Transportation (DOT) contacts and tracks information to respond to regulatory change.
- Assist in administrative pricing duties such as price file implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $65,450 - $98,170 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related criteria. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
